Booking widget doesn't show on my website

Nothing shows where I pasted the code

Likely cause: The code went into a text block, which shows it as words or strips it, or your website's plan doesn't run code.

Fix:

Paste it into a block made for code: Custom HTML in WordPress, a Code block in Squarespace, Embed code in Wix, Custom Liquid in Shopify. Squarespace runs code on its Core plan and above. Wix needs a Premium plan and your own domain for custom code.

The corner button only shows on one page

Likely cause: The code was pasted into one page, not the whole site.

Fix:

Remove it from the page and paste it once into your siteโ€™s footer or site-wide custom code.

Clients see a test booking page

Likely cause: The code was copied while the dashboard was in test mode.

Fix:

Switch the dashboard to live mode, copy the code again from Share, and replace the old code on your site.

The booking steps are squashed in a small box

Likely cause: Some website builders put pasted code in a box of a fixed size.

Fix:

Make the box taller in your websiteโ€™s editor (in Wix, drag the embed boxโ€™s bottom edge down). Or choose A button where you put the code, which opens the booking steps over the page.

The widget opens the wrong service

Likely cause: The code was made with a service chosen under Open with a service chosen.

Fix:

On Share, choose No, clients choose (or the right service), then copy and paste the code again.
