See what your cards bought
- Open Cards and find Recent purchases. For one card, open the card and look under What it bought. For one agent, open the agent and look under What its cards bought.
- To see everything that happened to a paid purchase, choose The story under it.
In the app, open a card from the Cards tab and look under Recent purchases.
What each label means
Section titled “What each label means”| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Held | The card said yes. The merchant hasn’t taken the money yet. |
| Paid | The merchant has taken the money. |
| Refunded | The merchant gave all of it back. |
| Released | The merchant let the hold go without taking the money. |
| Expired | The hold ran out without the merchant taking the money. |
| Declined | The card said no. The reason is beside the date. |
A purchase marked Unusual for this agent was out of character. See Unusual purchases.
The story lists each step: whether a person was asked, when the card said yes, when the merchant took or refunded money, and any dispute.
In test mode
Section titled “In test mode”Test purchases have buttons for the merchant’s side (Merchant takes it, Release and a refund), so you can see each step without a real shop.
