Booking statuses

Status	In the app	What it means
Held	Being booked	A client is part-way through booking on your page. The time is held for them for a few minutes.
To approve	To approve	A request waiting for you to approve or decline.
Confirmed	Booked	Booked and coming.
Arrived	Here	The client is here.
In progress	Under way	The visit has started.
Completed	Done	The visit is finished.
No-show	Didn’t come	The client didn’t turn up.
Cancelled	Cancelled	Cancelled by the client, by you, or by Tuppence.
Declined	Declined	You declined the request.
Expired	Lapsed	A held time ran out, or a request wasn’t answered in time.

Cancelled, declined and expired bookings don’t show on the calendar. Find them in Bookings with the Status filter.

A booking moves forward one step at a time: confirmed, arrived, in progress, completed. Only a confirmed or arrived booking can be cancelled or marked as a no-show.

Payment status

Bookings also shows each booking’s payment status: Unpaid, Deposit paid, Paid, Partly refunded, Refunded or Fee charged.
