Sell on TikTok Shop
TikTok Shop sells your products on TikTok. TikTok takes the shopper’s payment, keeps its referral fee (9 % in the UK, 6 % in the US) and pays you the rest. Tuppence charges nothing extra.
Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.
Connect TikTok Shop
Section titled “Connect TikTok Shop”- Choose Store, then Channels.
- On the TikTok Shop card, choose Connect TikTok Shop. Sign in to TikTok and accept its terms there. Only an owner or admin can.
- You’re brought back to Channels, and your published products start going to TikTok.
Orders and stock
Section titled “Orders and stock”A TikTok Shop order arrives with your other orders, from the shop it’s sent from, and takes its stock from the same count as your store and till. Pack and send it as any other order: the tracking goes to TikTok when you mark it shipped.
TikTok is told you have none once you’re down to your last unit, so it can’t sell one you no longer have. You can change that under Units held back on TikTok Shop’s page.
Cancel a TikTok Shop order
Section titled “Cancel a TikTok Shop order”Open the order and choose Cancel order. TikTok is told first and refunds the buyer, because TikTok took the money. The stock goes back, and nothing is refunded from your Tuppence balance.
TikTok’s fees in your books
Section titled “TikTok’s fees in your books”TikTok’s fees show on each order as TikTok’s, never as Tuppence’s. If your accounting software is connected, each sale goes to a TikTok Shop account, TikTok’s fees to Channel fees, and the payout to your bank, so the TikTok Shop account comes back to zero.
