Accept a team invitation

When someone invites you, we email you a link. It works for 7 days, and only for the address it was sent to.

1. Open the email and choose the link. The page shows the business and the role you’ll have.
2. New to Tuppence? Choose Create an account and sign up with the same email address. Already use Tuppence? Choose Sign in.
3. Choose Join followed by the business’s name.

The business opens in test mode. If you belong to other businesses, switch between them from the account menu. See Switch between or add businesses.

If it doesn’t work

You're signed in as someone else

Likely cause: You're signed in with a different email from the one invited.

Fix:

Choose Sign in as someone else and sign in with the invited address.

This invitation has been expired, or withdrawn

Likely cause: The link is more than 7 days old, or the person who invited you cancelled it.

Fix:

Ask them to choose Resend on their Team page, or to invite you again.

This invitation does not exist

Likely cause: A newer invitation email replaced this one.

Fix:

Use the link in the most recent email from us.
