Install the iPhone and iPad app
The Tuppence Payments app shows your payments and payouts, makes payment links, gives refunds, approves card purchases, runs the till and handles bookings.
What you need

Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Open the app and tap I already have an account.
- Under Welcome back, enter your Email and Password.
- Tap Sign in. Or use Sign in with Apple, or Continue with Google, if that’s how you joined.
- If you use two-factor, the screen changes to Two-factor check. Enter the code and tap Verify.
Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot your password? to reset it in Safari, then come back to the app and sign in.
If your two-factor codes come by text, the app sends one as soon as you reach Two-factor check. Tap Send another code if it doesn’t arrive, or Use a recovery code instead if you’ve lost your phone.
Create an account in the app
Section titled “Create an account in the app”- Open the app and tap Create an account.
- Under Your details, enter Your name, Email and a Password of at least 10 characters.
- Tap Create account. Or sign up with Apple or Continue with Google.
- On Confirm your email, open the link we emailed you, on this phone or any other. The screen moves on by itself.
- Tell us about your business: Just me, Sole trader or Limited company, and the country.
No email? Tap Send the link again, and check your spam folder. Typed the wrong address? Tap Use a different email.
Everything starts in test mode, so you can try the app without real money. When you’re ready, go live from the app or the dashboard.
