Read the commission report

1. Choose Staff in the sidebar, then Commission.
2. Use ‹ and › to choose the month, or One day for a single day.
3. To keep a copy, choose Download CSV or Download PDF.

The page shows Bookings, Revenue, Commission and Tips for the period, then a row for each person with their services underneath. No commission set means that person has no rule yet.

A staff login sees only their own line.

What counts

• Revenue is the price of services completed in the period, before tips. Only completed bookings count.
• Commission follows each person’s rules for that month, rounded down to the penny.
• Tips are what clients left for each person, by card or recorded at the desk, less refunds.

The report is for working out pay. Tuppence doesn’t pay your team.
