Record a patch test

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.

Set it up

1. Choose Services in the sidebar, then Forms. Choose New form and start from the patch-test template.
2. Set A pass lasts (days).
3. Under Used for, add the services that need a patch test.
4. Choose Save form.

A service that needs a patch test can’t be booked online unless the client’s pass is still in date on the day. Clients without one are offered the patch test instead.

Record the result

1. Choose Customers in the sidebar and open the client.
2. Under Forms, find the patch test and choose Record a result.
3. Under Result, choose Pass or Fail, answer any other questions, and choose Save.

The record then shows, for example, Passed · in date until a date, or when a pass lapsed. You record patch-test results on the dashboard, not in the app.
