Set up a membership

A membership is a plan with visits included. A subscriber books the services you choose without paying, up to a set number of times each period. Any further visit that period is paid as usual.

You need at least one service set up for bookings. The membership fields only appear when you have services.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

1. Open Subscriptions and choose Create plan.
2. Fill in the Name, Amount and Repeats.
3. Under A membership: visits included, tick each service a visit can be for.
4. In Visits a period, enter how many visits are included each period, from 1 to 100.
5. To sell it on your booking page, tick Offer it on the booking page.
6. Choose Create plan.

In the Plans list, the Includes column shows the visits and services. A membership offered online also shows On the booking page.

If you tick services, you must also enter the number of visits, and vice versa. Otherwise the plan isn’t created.
