Change many products at once

The Products list works like a spreadsheet. A cell saves when you leave it.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.

Edit one product in the list

1. Choose Products.
2. Click the cell you want to change: the name, Category, Price, SKU, Tax class or On sale.
3. Make the change, then click elsewhere or press Tab to save.

To find a product, type in Search products (name, SKU or barcode), or filter by Category and Availability.

Change many products together

1. Tick the products you want to change, or tick Select all shown.
2. Choose what to do: Change price, Set category, Set tax class, Mark sold out or Mark on sale.
3. For a price change, choose how: Set every price to, Raise by an amount, Lower by an amount, Raise by a percentage or Lower by a percentage. Check What changes, then choose Change prices.

Variants with their own price keep it when you set every price. When you raise or lower prices, they change in the same way.

Undo a change

After each change, a line above the list says what happened. Choose Undo to reverse it.

Export your products

Choose Export CSV to download your product list as a spreadsheet.
