Cancel a subscription

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

1. Open Subscriptions.
2. Find the subscription and choose Cancel.
3. Choose when it ends:
   • When the period they have paid for ends: they keep what they’ve bought, and nothing more is taken. This is the default.
   • Now: it ends immediately.
4. Choose Cancel at period end or Cancel now. To leave it running, choose Keep it.

A subscription set to end shows Ends and the date in Next charge. One that has ended shows Canceled.

Cancelling doesn't refund anything

Nothing already paid is returned, even if you cancel now. To give money back for the current period, also refund the payment.
