Mark a product sold out
When something runs out, turn off On sale. It comes off every channel at once, and its till tile shows Sold out.
Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.
One product
Section titled “One product”- Choose Products.
- Find the product and untick On sale in its row.
You can also turn off On sale in the product’s editor.
Many products
Section titled “Many products”- Tick the products in the list.
- Choose Mark sold out.
To find what’s sold out, set Availability to Sold out. To put products back, tick them and choose Mark on sale.
The till updates the next time it syncs.
