Fill in your details from Google

If your business is on Google Maps, the Where and when step of Set up bookings can read your listing. Nothing is saved until you check it and save the step.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

Connect your Business Profile

1. In Set up bookings, go to Where and when.
2. Under Fill this in from Google, choose Connect Google Business Profile.
3. Sign in to Google and allow access.
4. Back in Tuppence, choose Use next to your business.
5. Check the address, phone number and hours that were filled in.
6. To use your listing’s photos, tick Also put its photos on your booking page. The first becomes your page’s cover.
7. Choose Save and finish the basics.

Or paste a Google Maps link

1. In Google Maps, open your business, choose Share and copy the link.
2. In Where and when, paste it into Paste your Google Maps link.
3. Choose Read it, check what was filled in, then choose Save and finish the basics.

If Google says no

If you didn’t allow access, you’ll see “Nothing was connected”. If Google later stops accepting the connection, connect again. Choose Disconnect to remove the connection at any time.

If the photos can’t be imported, your hours are still saved. Untick the photos to carry on without them.
