Find and manage store orders

Your store’s checkout takes cards, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link at the top when the shopper’s device has them. The shopper gives an email or mobile number and an address, then chooses a delivery option or a time to collect, and can add a discount code, a gift card or a note. Items are held for them for ten minutes while they pay.

The money arrives in your Tuppence balance like any other card payment, and is paid out on your usual schedule.

Choose Orders. It lists every order, from your store, the till and anywhere else you sell, newest first. Search by order number, email or name, and filter by where it came from, its delivery state, location or dates.

Open an order to see its items, its timeline, the customer, the delivery and What the shopper saw: the page, prices and words at the moment they bought.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

Until an order is on its way, you can:

  • Change address, if the shopper got it wrong
  • Remove an item, then Remove and refund: its share goes back to the shopper’s card and the item goes back into stock
  • Resend confirmation, word for word as it was first sent
  1. Open the order and choose Cancel order.
  2. Choose Cancel and refund.

Everything left on the order goes back to the card the customer paid with, and the items go back into stock. The processing fee isn’t returned.

Once an order has been sent, the shopper can return it instead.

The shopper gets an order confirmation from your business name, with a link to a page that shows where their order is. They’re told again when it’s on its way, out for delivery, ready to collect or delivered, and if it’s delayed or a delivery fails.

The Tuppence Assistant and AI agents can find and read orders. Cancelling one moves money, so only the assistant can prepare it, and you approve it with a fresh code or Face ID.
