Hold and resume an order

Hold an order

1. In the sale, tap Hold.
2. Enter a Name to find it by, such as Sam or table 4.
3. Tap Hold.

The till starts a new sale.

Resume it

1. Finish or hold the sale on the till first.
2. Tap Held orders, at the top of the till or in the menu at the top left.
3. Tap Resume beside the order.

Held orders are shared between the tills at a location. An order marked not sent yet is still on the device that held it, waiting for a connection.
