Send a marketing campaign

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

1. Choose Marketing in the sidebar, then New campaign under Campaigns.
2. Under What it is, choose Your news or A free slot.
3. Give it a Name. Only you see it.
4. For news, write a Subject and Your words, and choose Who it’s for: clients with a tag, clients who’ve had a service, or clients by when they last came. For a free slot, choose The service, The day and The free time, and optionally add a message.
5. Set Send to at most. Your longest-standing clients come first.
6. Choose Save and preview.
7. Check who it goes to and what it says, then choose Send to. The button shows how many clients.

A campaign is sent once. In a free slot, the button books that time on your page. In news, it opens your booking page.

Bookings from your marketing are counted under Campaigns. Choose See them to open them.

Drafts

A campaign is a draft until you send it. You can’t edit or delete drafts yet, so check the preview before you send. Choose Not now to keep it as a draft.
