Sell credit to a customer

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.

1. Open Customers and choose the customer.
2. In Prepaid credit, choose Sell credit.
3. Enter the Amount (£$€) of credit to sell, such as 20.
4. Choose Create payment link.
5. Copy the link and send it to your customer.
6. Choose Done.

When your customer pays, the credit is added to their balance and the top-up appears under Top-ups on their page. Until then, it shows as waiting.

To let your customer choose the amount, send them their own top-up page instead.
