Sell on Google, social apps and marketplaces
Channels puts your products where shoppers look: Google, Facebook and Instagram, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Snapchat, and marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon and OnBuy. Every channel sells from your one catalogue and one stock count.
Channels open one at a time. A channel that isn’t open to you yet says Coming soon. Channels list your live store only, so connect one once your store is live.
Who can do this: You need to be an owner or admin to do this.
Connect a channel
Section titled “Connect a channel”- Choose Channels, then Connect on the channel’s card.
- Accept the channel’s own screens to finish.
- Back on Channels, your products are on their way: they usually show within a few minutes.
Each card says what the channel costs. Google and the social channels send shoppers to your own store’s checkout, with nothing extra from us. Marketplaces and TikTok Shop take their own fee on each sale made there.
Choose what’s listed
Section titled “Choose what’s listed”Open a channel to see its products, with a switch for each. A channel with its own checkout can keep a few units back, so it never sells your last one twice.
Choose Sync now to send changes straight away, Pause to stop for a while, or Disconnect to take your products off the channel. Their history stays with you.
Fix a product a channel won’t take
Section titled “Fix a product a channel won’t take”Anything a channel refuses is under Needs attention, in plain words, with Fix it next to it. Most fixes are on the product: a barcode, a larger or plainer main photo, or more details such as size or material. Some are on your store: publishing it, going live, or connecting your own domain so the channel can confirm your website. A product a channel doesn’t allow is left off that channel and stays on your store.
Agents and the assistant
Section titled “Agents and the assistant”Connecting and disconnecting channels is done here, by a person. The assistant can fix the product details a channel asks for.
