Add options and add-ons to a service

• Options are versions of a service. The client chooses one, such as short, medium or long hair, or a small or large dog. Each has its own length and price.
• Add-ons are extras the client can add, such as a removal before a new set of nails. Each adds its own time and price.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.

Add an option

1. Choose Services in the sidebar and open the service.
2. Under Options, choose Add option.
3. Enter the Option name, Option duration (minutes) and Option price (GBP).
4. Choose Save option.

If each option has its own price, set the service’s Pricing to By option (each option has its own price) and choose Save service.

Add an add-on

1. Open the service.
2. Under Add-ons, choose Add add-on.
3. Enter the Add-on name, Add-on duration (minutes) and Add-on price (GBP).
4. Choose Save add-on.

Change or remove one

Choose Edit on its row to change it, or Remove to stop offering it. Remove works straight away, with no confirmation. Existing bookings keep it.
