Refund unused credit

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.

A developer can refund smaller amounts only. A larger refund needs an owner or admin.

1. Open Customers and choose the customer.
2. In Prepaid credit, choose Refund unused credit. The button only shows if they have credit left.
3. Check the amount in the message. All their unused credit is refunded.
4. Choose Refund.

The page says the amount is on its way back to their card, and their balance goes to zero.

Used credit is earned

Credit the customer has used paid for your service, so it isn’t refunded. Refunding a top-up payment from Payments works the same way: it returns unused credit only.
