Download reports and statements

  1. Choose Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Choose 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
  3. Read the totals: Payments received, Tuppence fees, Refunds and Net (what was added to your balance). Any disputes appear too.
  4. To download every day as a spreadsheet, choose Export CSV.

Days run midnight to midnight UTC, so a late-evening UK payment in summer can fall on the next day.

Top-ups of your card balance are not in these totals. They are your own money, not sales, so they are on your monthly statement instead.

Under Monthly statements on the same page:

  1. Choose the Month.
  2. Read the month: the Opening balance, your sales, fees, refunds, disputes, payouts to your bank, and the Closing balance.
  3. Choose PDF or CSV to download it.

Once a month is over, its statement is marked Final.

If you topped up your card balance, the statement shows it on its own lines:

  • Card balance top-ups paid in: what you paid by card, or by bank transfer in the US.
  • Held for or moved to your card balance: a card top-up held while it clears, and money moved onto your card balance.
  • Bank transfer top-up fees (US) and Instant top-up fees.

A card top-up’s fee is part of Fees, which says how much of it was for card top-ups. Top-ups never count as sales or payment volume, and they earn no cashback.
