Add an agent

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.

1. Open Cards and find Agents.
2. Enter the Agent name.
3. Optionally, say What it does.
4. Choose Add agent.

The agent appears in the list as Active.

Give it rules

Beside the agent, choose rules from the list. They apply to all its cards unless a card has its own rules. No rules (each card’s limit) means only each card’s own limits stop a purchase. To make rules, see Create spending rules.

Disable it

Choose Disable and the agent’s name. A disabled agent gets no new cards. To start again, choose Enable.

Choose an agent’s name to open its page: its rules, its cards, what they bought and what’s normal for it.
