Change an item in a sale

1. In the sale, tap the item.
2. Change what you need (below).
3. Tap Done.

You can:

• Change the Quantity with One more or One fewer.
• Choose Which one? for a product with variants, such as a size.
• Choose or change its modifiers, such as a milk. The till says how many you can choose.
• Add a Note, such as no onions.
• Add a discount to this item only. See Give a discount at the till.

Remove an item

Swipe the item left, or tap it and tap Void. It stays in the sale, marked Voided, and isn’t charged.

The till won’t charge

If an item still needs a choice, the till says what’s missing, such as “Choose Milk for Latte before charging”. Tap the item and choose.
