Manage paired devices

Choose Registers, then the Devices tab. Each device shows its Register, its Kind, when it was Last seen, its App version, and anything Waiting to send.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

Rename a device

1. Choose Rename beside the device.
2. Enter the new Name.
3. Choose Save.

Make it a dedicated till, or not

Tick or untick Dedicated till beside it. The device updates within a minute. See Make a dedicated till.

Revoke a device

Revoke a device that’s lost, stolen or no longer used.

1. Choose Revoke beside the device.
2. Choose Revoke again to confirm.

It stops working at once. Anything it sold while offline is kept. To use it again, pair it again. To see revoked devices, tick Show revoked devices.

Caution

Archiving a register revokes every device paired to it.
