Restock from your suppliers

The assistant’s Restock job drafts orders to your suppliers each Monday morning, and the day after something runs low. You check and send each one.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

  1. Choose Suppliers, then Add a supplier.
  2. Type their Name, their Email for orders and their Lead time (days): how long they take to deliver. Choose Add supplier.
  3. Open the supplier and choose Link a product for each product you buy from them, with the Case size and Their price per unit.

Without an email, orders to that supplier can’t be sent; the supplier shows No email.

Restock looks at the last four weeks’ sales. When what you have, plus what’s already on order, would last no longer than the supplier’s lead time and another week, it orders enough for the lead time and four more weeks, rounded up to whole cases. The AI only writes the note to the supplier; the quantities are worked out, not guessed.

Drafts are under Purchase orders. Open one to see its lines at cost and the note to the supplier, then Go to Approvals to send it. Sending is always yours: approve it with a fresh code or Face ID, and it’s emailed to the supplier, who replies to you. Cancel this draft if you don’t need it.

In Store settings, under Purchase orders, set a Limit per order. Up to that amount, Restock drafts orders on its own; above it, or for a product with no cost price, it asks you first.
