Group products into collections
A collection is a page of products on your store, such as “New in” or “Gifts under twenty”. Link to it from your menu or a page.
Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.
- Choose Collections, then New collection, and give it a Title.
- Under How it is made, choose one:
- Products you pick, in your order, then Add products.
- Every product that matches a rule, then Add a condition: a price, type, brand, attribute or stock level, products added in the last few days, or your best sellers. Match all of the conditions or any of them. Products join and leave by themselves as they change.
- Choose an Order: your own order, best selling, newest first, price either way, or the assistant’s pick.
- Leave it a draft while you work on it: only you see it. Turn on Published to show it on your store, then choose Create collection.
Every collection has an address on your store made from its name. You can give it one of its own too, such as a short address for a campaign.
To change one later, open it from Collections and choose Save. Delete collection removes the collection, not its products.
Agents and the assistant
Section titled “Agents and the assistant”The Tuppence Assistant and AI agents can list, create and update collections and change their order. The assistant’s merchandising job keeps your collections sorted by what sells, and before big shopping days it prepares a collection for you to approve.
