Share your booking page
Choose Booking page in the sidebar, then Share. Each link records where it was placed, so Channels can show which places bring you bookings.
Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin, manager or developer to do this.
Your link
Section titled “Your link”Under Your link, copy Your page’s link and use it anywhere.
With more than one location, Links to each place has a link for each. Links to a service or a person opens your page with that service or person already chosen, which suits a post about one treatment.
A QR code
Section titled “A QR code”- Under QR code, choose what The QR code opens: Your page, or booking for one service.
- Choose Download the QR code (PNG) or Download the QR code (SVG).
- Print it for your counter, window or cards.
The QR code keeps working if you change your page’s address. The page shows how many times it’s been scanned.
Where your clients already are
Section titled “Where your clients already are”Each place has its own steps and link: Google Business Profile, Instagram bio, Instagram story, Facebook, Apple Business Connect, WhatsApp Business, TikTok and Linktree. Copy the link from its card and follow the steps. WhatsApp also has a ready-written auto-reply containing your link.
These places show your link. Clients still book on your page.
Email signature
Section titled “Email signature”Copy Email signature (HTML) into your email program’s signature settings. Every email you send then has a Book with button.
