Sell abroad from your store

Your store delivers in your own country to start with. Each destination abroad, such as The EU or The United States, stays Off until ready until its checklist is complete. Until then, shoppers there can’t choose a delivery.

Who can do this: You need to be an owner, admin or manager to do this.

  1. Choose Store settings, then the Selling abroad tab.
  2. Find the destination. Each item is Done, To do or Good to know.
  3. For each To do, choose Fix it. It opens the page to fix, such as a product’s customs details or your delivery zones.
  4. Selling from the UK, enter your EORI number and choose Save. Selling from the US to the UK, add your UK VAT number.

When nothing is left to do, the destination shows On and shoppers there can check out.

Every parcel abroad carries its customs details from the order. Shoppers pay any import VAT and fees to the carrier on delivery, and the checkout tells them so.
